• The Rooms reserved shall be made available for occupancy after 1400 hours on the day of arrival. Should delegate wish to occupy the room before 1200    hours, they may choose to do so by placing a reservation from night prior to the arrival date is recommended. Check out time is 1200 hours. Daily group rate    will be chargeable for late check out beyond 1200 hours.
• Extra nights would be chargeable at the same rate as mentioned above in the table.

Terms and Conditions
• Hotel room rates are on per room / per night basis.
• Check in and Checkout time will be as per hotel policy. In case of early arrival, room (s) to be booked from previous day for immediate occupancy.
• In case of any increase in tax amount by the Government, the revised tax amount will be applicable and will be payable by the Delegate/Guest.
• Rooms will be allotted on a first come first serve basis and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Early check in and late checkout is subject to availability and additional charges will levied.
• The Government reserves the rights to revise the taxes. The same shall be applicable.
